Responsibility:
- Acquisition, sale and rental of luxury properties
- Analysis of your target market
- Qualified real estate consultancy for clients
- Property valuation and presentation
- Implementation of marketing activities
- Use of the Engel & Völkers CRM
- Complete Customer Management in the Sales-Rental Process
- Participation in periodic team meetings and company events
Profile wanted:
- Knowledge of the territory
- Ability to relate to high-level customers
- Excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude
- Professionalism, commitment and passion
- Entrepreneurial mindset, open to freelance work.
- Familiarity with using cutting-edge technology
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and preferably of a second language.
